With our Athlete Prehab experience you will have the opportunity to transition into one of the three programs:

Incorporating our unique springys training stimulus to enhance core stability and motor control leading to increase postural awareness, flexibility, mindfulness and proprioception.
The Springys Player Performance Program has been devised with young athletes (10 to 19 years) in mind, the program is for athletes who want to gain an edge on the competition by providing unique benefits to players’ core strength leading to increased postural awareness, flexibility, stability, mindfulness and cardiovascular conditioning. Tailored for the individual, a script of exercises is prescribed by Unified Fitness Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists, using the unique Springys equipment for progressive improvements over an eight week period.
Commencing with an initial assessment (90 mins session), players undergo a structural assessment and a battery of movement tests to gauge injury potential, movement capabilities and areas for improvement.
3 x 1:1 45min
Provide program outline and address technical adherence.
Individualised and specific exercises given based on your goals and need.
Supervised and take home program progressions.
11 x 1hr
Exercise content is individually tailored, based on assessment results. All participants have a full set of equipment including a Springys system.
Technique is closely monitored by Exercise Physiologists
Exercises are progressed as skill, strength and control graduates.

Closed group prehab sessions are available for teams, focussing on preventative measures for typical injuries that apply to you and your sport. Sharing a session with your team is a great way to gain a greater understanding of your physical abilities, constraints and how to progress your training and maximise movement efficiency.
45 MIN SESSION

A 1:1 follow-up assesment will be tailored for each individual, a script of exercises is prescribed by Unified Fitness Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists, using our unique Springys equipment participants expand postural awareness, strengthening their core and protecting themselves from future injury.
Exercise content is tailored for your sport and team based on assessment results. All participants have a full set of equipment including a springys system. Technique is closely monitored by an Exercise Physiologist
